Seaweed, Radish and Spare-Ribs Soup

50 g Seaweed, washed, soaked and cut into 6 cm long
1 Small radish, removed skin and cut into 1cm thick
1 Small carrot, removed skin and cut into 1cm thick
300 g Spare-ribs, cut into pieces
2 liters Water
1 cube Chicken stock
1 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper to taste

Put the radish, carrot, spare-ribs and water into a pot. Bring to boil. Lower fire and leave to simmer for an hour. Add in seaweed and continue to cook for 30 minutes. Season with chicken cube, salt and pepper. Serve hot.
