Banana Coffee Bread

180 g Castor sugar
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon Coffee paste
250 g Plain flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon Bicarbonate of soda
60 g Chopped walnuts
8 Ripe bananas (mashed)
2 teaspoon Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Fresh milk
Sift plain flour, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda. Cream butter and castor sugar till light and fluffy. Add in eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add in coffee paste and mix well. Fold in 1/2 of sifted flour, chopped walnuts and mix well. Fold in the remaining 1/2 of sifted flour and mashed banana. Pour mixture into 2 line and grease 11 cm x 22 cm rectangular loaf tins. Bake at 180oC till golden brown and cooked. Remove, leave to cool before serving.
